Admin Portal – Create your own picture templates
Inside your My Tech Pix admin portal you will choose which pictures you want your Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technicians to take at your customer locations. Choose from our library of included templates or enjoy building your own picture templates to meet your specific company needs.
Phone App – Guided Picture process for your Technician
On your technician’s phone they are guided through the steps to take pictures at a customer location. First, they choose the type of hood system they are cleaning and then they are guided to take the specific pictures you set up in your admin portal.
A Job Overview hierarchy page makes it easy for your technicians to see and navigate through all the before and after pictures they need to take. The technicians can quickly take all the pictures by being shown the name of the picture to take and then clicking Next to advance to the next one down the list.
At the end of the night or after each customer’s job, the technician can synch all the pictures from their phone to your secure Admin Portal. They are shown confirmation that all jobs successfully synched with your cloud-based portal.
Admin Portal – Review your Tech’s pictures and then share with your Customer
Every morning open your Admin Portal to see all the customer jobs synched from your technician’s phones from the previous night broken down by crew.
Review and edit (if necessary) any pictures directly in the admin portal. When you are ready, click publish and the pictures are added to the customer’s portal showing a history of all cleanings performed by your company.
